So my friend and I have decided neither of us like working and the best thing to do... invest in real estate!!
heh.. i have no idea what i'm getting myself into, do i?
I was thinking i'd like to own a quadplex or two. a little extra income to retire on. He wants more. he has already looked into the financial backers and funding for 12+ units, perhaps even an entire apartment complex. sweet!
we're having dinner next week to discuss it and i'm very interested to hear what he has to say.
